Søren Eriksen CEO, SmartRetur Group

Søren joined what was then called Waba in 2011 as a strategic advisor, and in 2013 as the CEO with a mandate to make the company ready the 21st century. His transformation not only changed the company and its name, but also the reverse logistics industry in Norway as a whole - as well as in Sweden and Denmark later on, and the SmartRetur Group is now the leading company of its kind in the Nordics. A market leader attitude and the willingness to innovate and digitally transform stale business models has followed Søren throughout his career. Prior to SmartRetur he spent 3 years as VP Sales & Marketing at VIF, Norway’s possibly largest football club and 8 years as VP Sales at TV2, Norway’s biggest commercial broadcaster.
