Nomor at exit
In 2019, Nomor was sold to US-listed pest control group Terminix Global Holdings, which was then acquired in 2022 by UK-listed pest control company Rentokil Initial. Given the competitive positions of the two companies in certain markets, Terminix Global was required to sell certain assets to comply with local competition and anti-trust laws. In 2022, Norvestor acquired Terminix Global’s Norwegian and UK operations. Today, these companies trade in Norway as Pelias (formerly part of Nomor), and in the UK as Vergo and together as Tyro Group.
