Erica Hegerin General Counsel

Erica joined Norvestor as General Counsel in 2023. Prior to that she was a Partner at the Nordic law firm Schjødt. She has more than 15 years’ experience of working with private M&A transactions, including private equity, and general corporate law matters at law firms, of which ten years’ experience working at reputable international law firms. Erica holds a Master in Law from Stockholm University.
