Norvestor V, L.P. makes its first exit when Intelecom Holding sells its subsidiary Intelecom Group to Opplysningen 1881
In the cover letter dated 09 November 2009, we informed that Opplysningen 1881 AS, through its wholly owned subsidiary Carrot Communications AS, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Intelecom Holding AS (the acquisition vehicle) for the acquisition of all shares in Intelecom Group AS (“Intelecom”).
The Norwegian Competition Authorities have approved the transaction and the sale of Intelecom has now been completed.
