Norvestor team update
We are pleased to announce that Marika af Enehjelm and Fredrik Gyllenhammar Raaum have been appointed Partners at Norvestor.
Marika joined the team as Investment Director in 2019 and works out of our Helsinki office. Marika has over fifteen years of experience of private equity and other investments, as well as consulting. She has also been the CEO of the Finnish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association. Marika holds a PhD in Industrial Management from Helsinki University of Technology, and MSc in Economics and Business from HSEBA. She is currently a board member in the portfolio companies PHM, Smartvatten, Foxway and Veni.
Fredrik joined the Norvestor team in 2013 as an Associate, progressing to Investment Director in 2018. Fredrik has an MSc in Finance, and previous experience from investment banking including three years as a Leveraged Finance Analyst at Commerzbank in London and one year as a Corporate Financial Analyst at advisory firm ProCorp in Oslo. He is currently a board member in the portfolio companies Pearl, NoA, First Camp and Sentech.
Norvestor is also pleased to announce that Georg Enderlein has been appointed Investment Director and Peter Tollstadius has been appointed Investment Manager.
Georg joined the Norvestor team in 2018 as an Investment Manager. Prior to joining the team, he spent four years as Principal and Project Leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Oslo and Stockholm, gaining extensive exposure to the telecom, media and technology sectors in the Nordics and Europe. The focus of his work was mainly on private equity buy and sell-side due diligence, corporate M&A, joint ventures, corporate strategy, and digitization.
Peter joined the team in 2017 as Associate. Prior experience includes three years at SEB Corporate Finance in Stockholm focusing on M&A and IPOs. He graduated with a BSc in Business and Economics from Uppsala University in 2013.
We take this opportunity to announce that Kasper Skovgaard Kristensen has joined the team as Investment Director and will be working out of our Copenhagen office. Prior to joining the team he spent 10 years at a Danish private equity firm where he completed multiple investments within different sectors, including healthcare, industry, software and consumer services. Prior to this Kasper spent three years at Deloitte Corporate Finance in Copenhagen. He holds a Master degree in Applied Economics and Finance as well as a Bachelor degree in Economics and Computer Science both from Copenhagen Business School.
