We had been closely following the IT outsourcing market for many years when we met the management of IT Gården in 2014. This Swedish company provided outsourcing services that allowed their customers to outsource their IT-related services in a stable and cost-efficient way. We identified an opportunity to consolidate the fragmented IT services market and drive organic growth.
After investing in 2016, we completed a strategic review and outlined a business plan that focused on performance management, recurring business and scalability. We sold the business in 2019 after a three-year period when IT Gården grew to become the leading IT services outsourcing provider to SMEs in the Skåne region, with offices in four locations and 100 full-time employees.
